How a repair works with us
- Call 1300 326 654. Tell us the make, model, hours on the meter, what it’s doing and any fault code. We reply within 1 hour during business hours.
- Phone diagnosis. We talk it through with you first. Sometimes a simple check gets you going without a visit.
- Quote first. If it needs a technician, we quote before we come out. Call-out fees vary by suburb.
- On-site repair. We fix it on your site and let you know if anything else needs attention.

Electric forklift repairs
Electric forklifts suit indoor warehouses, but when they stop it’s often electrical: the battery, charger, controller or a fault code. Read us the code on the display when you call and we can usually narrow it down before anyone drives out.
LPG and petrol forklift repairs
Gas and petrol forklifts do the dock and yard work. Hard starting, rough running, overheating or smoke from the exhaust all need a look. If you smell gas, stop using the forklift, turn the cylinder valve off and call us.

What should I do if my forklift is unsafe?
Tag it out of service, park it out of the way and call 1300 326 654. On an LPG forklift that smells of gas, turn the cylinder valve off first.
Can I hire a forklift while mine is repaired?
Yes. Hire starts from $30/day + GST, with servicing and breakdown cover included. Delivery and pick-up are extra.
