- The hirer must hold appropriate licences and insurance for operating the equipment
- Damoli reserves the right to inspect equipment at any time during the hire period
6. Sales Terms
Forklift purchases are subject to the following conditions:
- A deposit may be required to secure a purchase
- Full payment is required prior to delivery unless credit terms have been agreed in writing
- Title of goods remains with Damoli until full payment has been received
- All sales of used equipment are sold as inspected unless otherwise agreed in writing
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
- Damoli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service or product
