We come to you, the same day
A forklift that won’t start or won’t lift holds up everything behind it. We offer same-day on-site forklift service across Melbourne, so you don’t have to organise a truck to take it anywhere. Our Werribee base at Unit 2/76 Riverside Ave, Werribee VIC 3030 keeps us close to sites in Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook, Tarneit, Truganina and Laverton.
Toyota is what we know best
We mainly service Toyota forklifts. Toyota is also what we mainly sell, so these are the machines we know best. Running another make? Our service special covers gas, petrol and electric forklifts up to 3t. For repairs, call and ask; we’ll tell you straight whether we can help.
Scheduled servicing
Your forklift’s handbook sets the service interval. For many forklifts it’s every 200–250 hours of use, depending on the work and site conditions. Machines that sit idle for long stretches still need a safety check every 3–6 months.
Regular servicing picks up small things early, like a weeping hydraulic hose or worn chain, before they damage other parts or become a safety issue. It also keeps a record of the machine’s condition, which matters when you come to sell or trade it.
Signs your forklift needs a look
Book a service sooner if you notice:
- the mast creeping down when it’s holding a load
- oil under the machine, or on the mast or cylinders
- brakes that feel soft, or steering that’s heavy
- a gas smell on an LPG forklift
- a battery that won’t last a shift on an electric forklift
- warning lights, fault codes or new noises
If a machine isn’t safe to use, tag it out of service and park it out of the way until we’ve seen it.
Breakdowns
Call 1300 326 654 and tell us:
- the make, model and hours on the meter
- what it’s doing, plus any fault code on the display
- where the forklift is and who to ask for on site
We reply to enquiries within 1 hour in business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm).
Keep working while it’s fixed
If the repair will take a while, hire a forklift while yours is fixed. Forklift hire starts from $30/day + GST, with servicing and breakdown cover included. Delivery and pick-up are extra. See forklift hire in Werribee.
Time for a replacement?
If the repair costs more than the machine is worth, we have used Toyota forklifts for sale. Every forklift we sell comes with a 3-year warranty, and finance is available.
