Bundoora is better known for its university campuses than for industry, but it has working pockets. University Hill, off Plenty Road near the Metropolitan Ring Road, has office-warehouses and newer food-grade factories along Enterprise Drive and Scholar Drive. There’s a smaller industrial pocket around The Concord, with automotive and trade workshops. And to the west, Bundoora runs into the industrial areas of Thomastown and Reservoir, around Settlement Road and Keon Park.
Our Epping yard at 55 Produce Drive (by appointment) is a short drive away via the Ring Road or Plenty Road. We’re family owned and have been running since 2009.

Food factories and clean warehouses
Many of University Hill’s newer tenants make or pack food, and they often run electric forklifts on the clean side of the building. Electric machines need their batteries, chargers, cables and connectors checked as well as the truck itself. We work to your hygiene and induction rules, and we’ll flag battery wear before the forklift starts running flat mid-shift.
Workshops with one forklift
