Local to the west
Our Werribee yard (Unit 2/76 Riverside Ave, Werribee VIC 3030) has been part of the west since 2009. We hire forklifts, reach trucks and scissor lifts to businesses right along the corridor, from Werribee and Hoppers Crossing to Laverton, Truganina, Derrimut and Altona. We deliver across Melbourne, so wherever the job is, we can get a machine there.
The right machine for each part of the west
Truganina and Derrimut
Big warehouses and distribution centres with high racking and long aisles. Reach trucks suit narrow aisles and high lifts, and electric forklifts work indoors without exhaust fumes. See forklift hire in Truganina and forklift hire in Derrimut.
Laverton and Altona
Manufacturing, industrial yards and loading docks. LPG forklifts are the usual choice: they work outdoors, and swapping a gas cylinder takes minutes, so you’re not waiting on a charge. See forklift hire in Laverton.
Hoppers Crossing and Werribee
Smaller warehouses, trade businesses and growers. Short-term hire is common here: unloading a container, a busy season or covering a forklift that’s in for repair. See forklift hire in Werribee.
The hire fleet
More than 150 machines, including:
- LPG (gas) forklifts, 1.8 to 3 tonne
- electric forklifts, 1.8 to 3 tonne
- reach trucks (call for rates)
- scissor lifts (call for rates)
See the full hire range.
Plan around your busy periods
Most businesses know when they’ll be flat out: end-of-financial-year stocktakes, the lead-up to Christmas, or a big run of containers. Book a forklift for those weeks instead of running short or buying a machine that sits idle the rest of the year. Want a feel for the numbers first? Read what forklift hire costs.
